Come experience sauna and cold plunge at our convenient location at The Inn On Long Lake.
We have our mobile sauna parked lakeside in a private setting, with cold and Ice plunge tubs.
All sessions are 90 minutes.
Start first in the sauna and get your sweat on, then immerse yourself in our Ice filled cold plunge tubs for a good cool down.
The tubs range from outside temperature to a chilly -2 degrees C.
The space also features a lounge area with fire pit.
We offer 2 types of bookings:
Social and Private.
Private sessions are a great way to have the space all to yourself.
Perfect for parties and events.
Is it your birthday? Get in for free when you book a private session with 7 or more.
Just prove your birthday with ID. Day of only. Staff party or sports event? Have a big group? We offer corporate discount rates for larger groups over 10.
