Social and Private.
Private sessions are a great way to have a sauna all for yourself. We have 2 sauna options for private saunas - Wet sauna and dry sauna.
They BOTH have the ability to pour lots of water on the rocks for steamy sessions, the only difference is that the wet sauna features 4 shower heads that you can spray yourself with in the sauna to cool down, but the other sauna has the ability to still pour water on the rocks..
Every Private session means you have the whole space to yourself - Sauna, Cold Plunge Tubs, fire seating area and shower.

Is it your birthday? Get in for free when you book a private session with 7 or more.
Just prove your birthday with ID. Day of only. Staff party or sports event? Have a big group? We offer corporate discount rates for larger groups over 10.

Are you a valid Gold pass Mount Washington GOLD pass holder? OR a current VIU student with valid ID? You can get 20% off any social sauna session. Just book and pay as usual, then bring your GOLD CARD or VIU STUDENT CARD and present it to our staff at check in, and we will refund you 20% off your entry ticket to any social sauna session.

Benefits of Sauna
Regular use of the sauna can improve cardiovascular health. Regular use of sauna can reduce your risk of cardiovascular events/stroke that leads to death. Increasing the frequency and length of sauna sessions subsequently can decrease the long-term risk of cardiovascular disease.
