An amenity service is where we will work with a resort or other property owner to establish a Sauna and or cold plunge service for the client, and then run it as a separate business to provide the clients business with the amenity. The benefit of an amenity program is there is little to no upfront cost to adding a sauna onto your resort or property. We are masters of executing this business model and have an extensive knowledge base in the design, marketing and success of these types of ventures. Sauna is a trending industry in North America with an anticipated gross revenue in the billions of dollars in the next coming years. This makes an investment in an amenity service a smart idea. Well its not that simple. An amenity program is an approved collaboration with an existing business to bring sauna culture to a specific area but it only can be feasible with some extensive market research. Some things we determine when choosing a site to put an amenity can include:
LOCATION - Is the property located in a high traffic zone?
COMPETITION - What other similar businesses are in the area?
ANNUAL SALES - Does your current business model support the addition of adding such an amenity to your place, and would it be busy enough?
