Silent Sauna is a 2 hour sauna and cold plunge session in complete silence. Come get your zen on in a silent setting. Perfect way to end the week. Silent Sauna happens every Sunday at 7PM and Thursdays at 5:15pm
Drop in prices are $35 or buy a punch pass - buy 5 drop-ins get 1 free. Payments can be made in person at the time of check in.
Cold Water Warriors
Cold Water Warriors is a group for men with the aim of promoting the health benefits of sauna and cold plunge to further your path to men's health. Like-minded men are invited to attend for sauna, cold plunge, and advocating to resurface your inherent masculinity. Men's sauna warriors group meets every Saturday morning from 8-9:30 am and Wednesday nights from 7:30- 8:45
