Service Description
Come experience sauna and cold plunge treatments at our Black Creek location. We have a mobile sauna parked creekside that seats 12 with cold plunge tubs and a hot shower. Please remember to bring payment as we only accept cash at this location. Please note that we will call to confirm your booking. Failure to confirm your booking may result in your booking getting canceled. We need to know approximate numbers, so please try and book as close as you can for the anticipated number of guests. We charge based on the number of people at check in, so its not crucial your numbers are exact when booking, just make sure everyone has signed the waiver prior to arrival, but we absolutely need to know ASAP if your booking will have 12 people or more. Prices are $190 for the first 2, and $20 per person after 2. Please note the Sauna is PRIVATE for your booking, but the fire table and cold tubs are shared with the other sauna. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Social session cancelations within 24-5 hrs of your session will require a $5 fee on your next booking. Social session cancelations within 4-1 hrs of your session and no-shows will require full payment on your next booking. Private sessions canceled within 48 hrs are required to pay a $25 fee. Private Cancelation within 24 hrs require a 50% fee of the original price. No show fees will be charged at full price and must be paid if you are to book again at our facility. Fees are due at the time of check-in. If you need to cancel or rebook, please send us an email - islandmobilesauna@gmail.com or text at 250.218.2392 with the following information: -Full Name -Location of booking -Date and time of your current booking -Date and time of the booking you wish to attend or if you want to cancel. - Number of guests To limit No-shows at our facility, we must confirm bookings of non-regular guests. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and allow another party to book your spot if we try and reach you and receive no reply for confirmation of your booking. If we have not contacted you for confirmation, and you have been here before, please do not worry about your booking being confirmed. In most cases, we do not contact known guests.
