Cancellation Policy

Black creek cancelation policy: If you cancel your session within 48 hrs before the session starts, you will be credited back your deposit which you can use to reschedule a new session. If you cancel your session 48-24 hrs before the session starts, you will be credited back half your deposit which you can use to reschedule a new session. If you cancel within 24 hrs you will lose your deposit. If you have booked your session with a punch pass and cancel within 24 hrs, you will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee which must be paid at the time of next session check-in. If you no-show, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee at the time of next check-in. Beach Sauna cancelation policy: Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period shall receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24-48 hours prior to the start of the session shall receive a 50% refund of the session fee. 3. Cancellations within 24 hours before the start of the session receive no refund
