Sauna warriors is a group for men with the aim of promoting the health benefits of sauna and cold plunge to further your path to men's health. Men are invited to attend for sauna, cold plunge, and advocating to resurface your inherent masculinity. Men's sauna warriors group meets every Saturday morning from 8-9:30 am.

 

Drop in prices are $25 or buy a punch pass - buy 5 drop-ins get 1 free. Payments can be made in person at the time of check in.
